Sam recently installed luxury vinyl plank floor in my house. I found him on Angie's list and wasn't comfortable in the beginning since he only had 3 reviews. But I'm glad that I chose his company to do the work. He was very pleasant to deal with and his price for CoreTec floor was at least $1/sf cheaper than other places. His crew came on time and finished the project on time. I have done remodeling several times in several houses, and by far, working with Sam has been the nicest experience.
